Gena is a seasoned financial and investment expert, currently serving as the Managing Director of Platinum Wealth Management of Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia.  PWM-B is an independently owned financial services firm. Before starting her own company in May of 2021, she initiated her professional career in 1989 at Smith Barney in her home town of Pittsburgh, PA.  To advance her career, she spent time in New Jersey and San Francisco.  In 1996, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia to work with Morgan Stanley until 2012 and then with UBS until 2021.  After 32 years with larger wire house firms, she felt better able to provide a superior client experience through a firm which she owned.  Throughout her years of experience, she has been able to guide clients through life stages, increasingly complex investment situations, and ever-changing marketing conditions.

On a personal note, Gena supports charities like The Ovarian Cancer Society, The Giving Kitchen and The Atlanta Food Bank.  Because of a personal loss, she works closely with Daughter’s Against Alzheimer’s to help raise money for research to end this awful disease.  Closest to her heart is helping animals in need.  She supports The Humane Society and ASPCA and has rescued 3 adorable cats, Francesca, Gabriella and Isabella.
